November 2012 ART EXHIBIT

Ms. Dumas, currently teaches fine art at Suffolk Community College, while pursuing her passion for digital photography. Recently, she has been working with formed surfaces of local waters and the environment in a new format. The exhibit concentrates on the natural beauty and tranquility of local landscapes.

In the Glass Case
Carvings from Africa - Guinea-Bissau

These exquisite sculptures and masques where collected by Naval Architect Rafael Cruces while working in the country of Guinea-Bissau on the Atlantic Coast of Africa. While living in many foreign countries he collected art from all over the world but had a special interest for African sculptures.
