Gentle Yoga, Breath and Meditation

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until April 16, 2019
Non-refundable fee of $16. This class will consist of very gentle yoga movements, breath practice, and meditation. Chairs are available, or bring your yoga mat. Dress comfortably.
NSPL cardholders may register in person, by phone, or online for March Adult Programs on March 1 unless otherwise noted. For programs with fees, in-person registration is required. Non-residents may register beginning March 5, space permitting.
