Strength Training for Total Body Workout

An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Saturday, repeating until July 28, 2018
Non-refundable fee of $15. Warm up with cardio and then build strength and fitness for your upper body, lower body, arms, legs, and core. Classes are tailored to meet the needs of participants. Bring your hand held weights, yoga mat, and water.
NSPL Cardholders may register in-person, by phone, or online for all July programs on Monday, July 2, unless otherwise noted. For programs with fees, in-person registration is required. Non-residents may register beginning July 5, space permitting.
