Strength Training: Fun Fitness

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until June 25, 2019
Non-refundable fee of $18. Warm up with cardio and then build strength and fitness for your upper and lower body, arms, legs, and core. Classes are tailored to meet the needs of participants. Bring your own hand-held weights, yoga mat, and water.
Registration begins May 1 for North Shore card holders, May 5 for non-card holders, space permitting.
