Come Learn about Go4Life, an exercise and physical activity program designed for adults 50 and older from the National Institutes on Aging (NIA).  Go4Life is a well rounded exercise program that incorporates endurance, balance, and flexibility.  The exercise program also includes free materials, as well as instruction by the National Institutes of Health Literacy Coordinator, that will enable you to incorporate this routine into your daily life.

Senior Stretch

A non-refundable fee of $8 for October sessions will be collected at in-person registration, which begins the first of each month. This is an easy, invigorating and relaxing chair and stretching program. No skill is needed. Registration for October programs begins on 10/1 unless otherwise noted. For any program with fees, in-person registration is required.
