If you are interested in a Library Card for the North Shore Public Library and live in the Shoreham-Wading River or Rocky Point School Districts, please fill out the form below. A staff member will look over the information and contact you as soon as possible.
- Another option is the Livebrary Digital Card. This service provides Suffolk County residents the opportunity to sign up for a digital library card through a form on Livebrary.com. This eCard gives patrons access to Livebrary eResources and OverDrive and has a 30-day expiration (from the creation date.)
