September is National Library Card Sign Up Month, and the North Shore Public Library is offering children special prizes for checking out material with their own library card!

Whether you’re upgrading your skills, scouting for knowledge, or connecting with other heroic readers, a library card is your key to an arsenal of resources. Spark your creativity as a builder or programmer by tinkering in the Library’s Makerspace; mine the Library’s stacks and databases for new stories and adventures; kickstart your critical thinking skills to defeat the Decepticons of misinformation lurking online. Celebrate with us at the Library by checking out an item with your very own library card and we’ll give you a Transformers bookmark and special transforming robot.
