Experience a guided energy meditation practice intended to restore balance and inner peace.


Breathe Together Series, Adults **Virtual**

Tuesday, May 9, 16, 23, 30, June 6, 13, 20, & 27, 10:00 – 10:20 AM

Join us once a week to sit still and practice the kind of deep breathing that fosters calm well-being.


Creative Writing, Adults **Virtual**

This writing workshop is the place to create new work inspired by Story Sparks, group discussion, and constructive feedback. Fact or fiction. Poetry or prose.



Ongoing In Person Programs

Canasta Anyone?, Adults

Thursdays, May 4, 11, 18, 25, June 1, 8, 15, 22, & 29, 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM

NSPL supplies the room, tables, chairs, cards, Shuffler, pencil and pads.   You bring yourself, Canasta know-how and Canasta playing friends.   You must register as seating is limited.


Knittin’ Time, Adults

Saturday, May 6 & Saturday, June 3, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Knit with old friends and make new ones! Bring needles, yarn and projects you are working on.


Stitch and Quilt, Adults

Thursday, May 25 & Thursday, June 22, 6:30 – 8:00 PM

Did you ever want to learn to sew?  Quilt?  Come join this group of experienced Quilters and Sewers.  Come stitch with friends, old and new! Bring your scissors, needles, pins, bits, and bobs. Bring what you are working on, your machine or use ours.


Creative Writing, Adults

Saturday, June 10, 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
