James William Weber has worked as photographer and merchant marine capturing images in a reportage style and has been published in magazines, newspapers, and the cover page of a book. This new series features James challenging himself to explore the abstract striations of color and light by pointing his camera east to Shoreham. These images depict the ever-changing sky and horizon, highlighting the interplay of light and length of exposure.
The Friends of the Library will host an artist reception for Mr. Weber on Sunday, November 3, 2:30 – 4:00 PM. All are welcome to attend.
