Strength Training for Total Body Workout

Non-refundable fee of $16. Warm up with cardio and then build strength and fitness for your upper body, lower body, arms, legs, and core. Classes are tailored to meet the needs of participants. Bring your hand held weights, yoga mat, and water. NSPL cardholders may register in person, by phone, or online for November Adult Programs on November 1 unless otherwise noted.
